"Renewals are the lifeblood of an association."
That’s what association marketing expert Scott Oser believes is the key to a healthy and thriving member organization. But consistent renewals depend upon the successful execution of two other parts of the membership cycle — recruitment and engagement. Scott is going to show you how to grow your association’s membership using his most successful tips and techniques for member recruitment, renewal, and engagement that he’s learned over the last 20 years working with membership organizations. By the end of this course, you will be able to describe:
-
Eight tips for successful member recruitment.
-
Four strategies to make sure those members renew each year.
-
His top tips for member onboarding and engagement that will create raging fans and the best source of member referrals.
-
How to create a 365 Day Member Communications Plan that incorporates Scott’s tips for member engagement and renewals.
-
How you can use all the great sample member renewal letters, reminder emails, and welcome call scripts to improve member renewals for your organization.
My Membership Growth Plan
Throughout this course, you will have the opportunity to put these ideas into practice and create a Membership Growth Plan that incorporates what you learn into your membership processes to improve results for your own organization.
